Pat believes that nothing is too much when it comes to her clients.

With her ultimate drive to achieve perfection and thoroughness in her financial plans, her clients appreciate her sincerity in achieving the best possible solution for them.

Qualifications

Pat completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Taxation in 2002, and in her quest to learn more about retirement funds, she studied to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ®.

After qualifying in 2003 she joined acsis as an Institutional Asset Consultant, consulting to retirement funds. In 2007 and she completed her Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, specialising in investments. Prior to joining the financial services industry Pat  was employed as Salaries Manager of an advertising agency, and was Principal Officer of their provident fund.     

Pat’s personal experience in wanting peace of mind about her own financial affairs being in the best possible order drove her to pursue a career in financial planning.The freedom that this gave her, prompted her to help individuals in the same situation.

She joined Chartered Wealth Solutions in December 2007, where she continues to guide her clients on their financial path in retirement.

Pat is well respected in the industry and was a finalist in the Financial Planner of the Year 2010 competition.  She receives regular requests from the media to write articles and speak on topics relating to financial planning, many of which have appeared in Personal Finance, Summit TV and Etv. Pat has delivered presentations at the monthly acsis/Personal Finance Financial Planning Club as well as other industry gatherings.

Pat’s second love is nature.

In 2008 she completed her FGASA (Field Guide Association of South Africa) Level 1 qualification. Pat jumps at any opportunity to visit the bush. She is a devoted mother to two sons and has a zest for life and curiosity that continually brings her new goals and achievements.
